I could dry the plum(Umeboshi) in the sun again this year
今年も無事に干すことができました

The plum was bathed in a lot of energy of sun.I’m filled with happiness I’m looking at.I feel that drying salt, rice, dried fish, and laundry is the best in the sun, but I feel that’s especially true of Umeboshi.No matter how many times we look at Umeboshi, this beautiful grain will save our bodies. Thank you again this year.

お天道様のエネルギーをたっぷり浴びる梅さんたち　見てるこちらが幸せでいっぱいになります　塩も米も干物も洗濯物も天日干しがやっぱり一番だと感じますが　梅干しは特にそう感じます　漬け込んだ樽から出して　一粒一粒をザルに並べ　じりじりと照り返す太陽の下　しっとり艶やかだった梅が　ふっくらしながらも水分が抜けて塩分が浮き上がってくる様は何度見ても美しい　この一粒が私たちの体を救ってくれるのです　今年もありがとう

This year’s plum work is over.Plum work that lasted from before the rainy season .I stay up all night while I’m preparing.…There are time I can’t do it any more! I’m half crying, but whenever I always say, “I want to prepare more next year!” It is me who does not learn to think

梅雨前から続いた梅仕事　仕込み中は追熟加減では夜なべするときもあるので　うとうと船を漕ぎながら　もうこれ以上はできない…！とベソをかきそうなときもあるのですが　終わるといつも「来年はもっと仕込みたい！」と思ってしまう懲りない私です(yoshiko)
